G.F. AldridgeGilbert F. Aldridge, 72, of S. 5th Street, died at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Royal Pavilion where he had been a patient for four days. He had been in failing health.He was a retired self-employed painter and paper hanger fend a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 421. and the Richmond United Methodist Church.He was married March 28, 1928, to the former Lucille McMillion, who survives; also surviving is a son Thomas D. Aldridge of RD 1. Toronto; three daughters, Mrs. DorothyKoon of Steubenville, Mrs. Thomas (Patricia) McKee of St. Clairsville, Mrs. Donald (Judith) Needham ol Steubenville; a brother, Harry Aldridge of Mounds, III.; 13 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.He was bom Feb. 22,1904, in Steubenville, a son of the late Joshua and Mary Frazier Aldridge. He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Dean, Walter and Howard, all of Steubenville, and in infant sister.Friends may call at the Mosti Funeral Home 7-9 p.m. today and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday; funeral arrangements are incomplete.
