The steamer Mystic had been tendered to the Committee, but was detained in towing a vessel out of the harbor.Your committee secured the steamyacht Cyclone, for paid service, at anexpense of ten dollars, which amountwas subsequently paid back to theTreasurer by direction of Mr. Jay Cooke, who had this steamer undercharter.Your committee take this occasionto thank one and all, who cheerfullyand effectively responded to every retirement, ami by theiretfforts made the Memorial Day just past, tho completesuccess that it was.C.
