Lillian E. BoneLillian E. Bone, 83, died Thursday, June 5, 1997, at the Hays Good Samaritan Center.She was bom March 23, 1914, in Oberlin to Arthur E. and Myrtle M. (Hilton) Hamilton.She married Wayne Bone on Oct. 12,1929, in Colby. They moved to Hays in 1937. A retired homemaker, she had been a resident of the Hays Good Samaritan Center since 1994.Survivors include two daughters, Betty Gerstner and Carolyn Rupp, Hays; nine grandchildren; 20 greatgrandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.She was preceded in death by her husband on Feb. 23,1988; a grandson; two brothers; and a sister.Services are at 10 a.m. Monday at Brock’s North Hill Chapel, 2509 Vine, with Chaplain Margaret Welton officiating; burial in the Fort Hays Memorial Gardens.Visitation is from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday and 9 to 10 a.m. Monday. Memorials are suggested to the Hays Good Samaritan Center.
