MR AND MRS CLARENCE H1DLEBAUGHOne hundred ana eighty frienas and relatives attended an open house Sunday afternoon, June 1, in the Bayard United MethodistChur eh to honor Mr and Mrs■Clarence Hidlebaugh in celebration of their golden wedding anniversary.Hosts were the children of the couple, Mr and Mrs Allen Hidlebaugh of Woodbridge, Va; Mr and Mrs Everett Hidlebaugh of Dike; Mr and Mrs Larry (Irene) Greene of Des Moines and Mr and Mrs Frank (Joyce) Keeran of Redfield, and nine grandchildren. All but three grandchildren attended.Mr and Mrs Ralph Curl were dining room hosts. Mr Curl is a brother of Mrs Hidlebaugh.Rick Keeran registered the guest and Jennie HidlebaughJudge Sentences Woman to CenterDeborah Sue Nelson of Stuart has been sentenced to six months at the Northwestern Alcohol Treatment Center at Fort Dodge. She had been in the Guthrie County jail facing charges of assault with intent.A charge of larceny in the daytime brought Michael Danner, 21, of Carroll back to Guthrie county. His bail was set at $5,000. Danner had been in the custody of Carroll County and was released to Guthrie County this week.
