j Me Kean Trust Building 1| Sale and RFC Loan for i New Bank Approved ! tSale of the McKean County Trust ]company's building at 33 Main ,street was approved by Judge (Charles Hubbard, presiding in mo- ]j lions court at Smethport yesterday, I in response to a petition presented by A. A. Griffin, local attorney who represented the trust company. Purchasers named in the petition i were E. C. Emery, Paul Duke and Stearns Marshall, directors of the Cltisens' National Bank of Bradford. Confirmation of the petitioncarried approval of the sale price,set at $90,000 for the building and$3,500 for the fixtures The court also approved the trust company’s petition to seek aloan of $135,000 from the Reconstruction Finance corporation.
