Susan Tall man. of Grand Rapids, Mich , euu sin of the bride wag thf trainbear-#r. *Mr$ Raymond BeecherImmediately following the service the bridal party went to the Thomas home on North Sycamorestreet, where over a hundred and fltty friends called to extend congratulations. In addition to the bride and groorn in the receiving lint were their parents, Mr. Taliman, the attendants and the grooms grandmother, Mrs. Ada Weitgenant.The bride was gowned In white satin, made entrain, her fingertip length veil fastened with a Juliet cap of seed pearls. She carried an arm bouquet of white roses,with shower of lilies of the valley. Her maid of honor was in pink, with short matching veil and carrying pink rMtea Mrs. Thomaswas In aqua, bar corsage, of talisman loses; Mr# Beecher was in black, with red rose corsage and Mrs Weitgenant was in black and gold, with talisman roses. Susan Taliman was in blue net ovei silk, and in her hair was a wreath of pink rosebuds. Guests were admitted by Marilyn Werner, in white formal. She also wore a wreath olpink roses in her hair.After signing the guest book,which was in charge of Mrs Leo 1 Morrison, guest* passed along thereceiving line, after which they were invited to the diningroom for refreshment*. Mrs L. C, Cogbiiiserved the huge wedding cake, decorated in white with pale pink roses topped with miniature sailorand bU bride, the whole surrounded oy a wieath ot tresh whit* rosebuds. Other refreshments were served from a large table, centered with an artistic arrangement of white flowers and tiny whit* wedding bells. White tapers in crystal candelabra gleamed at each end of the table Pouring were Mrs Verne Keating and Mrs, Hubert Tollman, of GrandRapids, Mich. Serving cake at the large table were Mrs Tom Markin and Miss Josephine Wray. Dining rolt;gn hostess was Mrs. A. E. Jensen. Priendg of the bride who assisted in serving were Marjori* Taliman, Carolyn Askey, Elizabeth Harper and Jean McKniryParlor hostesses were Mrs Ralph Taliman, of Hastings, Mrs. James Tobin, of Lincoln,; and Mrs. JI A Childs. In charge in the upper looms where the wedding gifts were displayed were Mary Lou Keating and Patsy Hausz.
