Celebrated Golden Wedding AnniversaryMr. and Mrs. S. S. McFeaters, both life-long residents of Black Liok, celebrated their Fiftieth Wedding Anniversary on May 30, with Open House both in the afternoon and evening.Two hundred guests were present during the calling hours and fifty of the relatives and out-of-town guests were served a buffet supper for the evening meal.The house and the beautifully appointed tea table were decorated with yellow and white, and the table was centered with a fourtiered. wedding cake.For the afternoon reception grand daughters of the couple poured,Miss Phyllis Fails of Black Lick and Mrs, Curtis Hilty of Vandergrift.During the evening great-nieces, Mrs. Jack MeNaughton of Indiana and Mrs. £. T. Simpson of Pittsburg, presided at the tea table,Mary Greer of Black Lick and Samual McFeaters, also of Black Lick, were married there May 31, 1900. They have three sons and one daughter, W. C. McFeaters and George E. of Vandergrift, Charles of Blacklick and Mrs, Raymond Falls of Blacklick. There are nine grand children and one great-grandchild.Mr. and Mrs. McFeaters received many beautiful gift* and remembrances.
