Morley, who came here three months ago as successor to Ken M. Modden when the latter entered service,Mr. Morley will become conservation officer for Kossuth, Winnebago and Worth counties, succeeding E, V, Pierce, who left June 1 to take a position with the Pish and Wildlife Service,Acquainted There.Decision to transfer Mr. Morley to the post vacated by Mr. Pierce was influenced largely by the consideration that he is well acquainted In that territory, having formerly beer at Pilot Knob state park in Winnebago county. From there he went to Ledges state park as conservation officer, filling the post there until he came to Council Bluffs.Mr. Garrett will be located for the present at Goodrich hotel.
