A RECEPTION SUNDAY AFTERNOON honored Mr. and Mrs. Rudy Villa. Villa recently resigned his post as Ingleside chief of police to become residential deputy for the San Patricio County Sheriff's Department. The reception Sunday at the police station was hosted by the Ingleside Police Reserve. The Reserve presented Villa with a Stetson hat and the employees of the Police department presented him with a deputy’s badge engraved with his name.
