N. Henderson. All indications are that the production will be outstanding. The play itself is one of the best ever offered at Western, full of romance, action, and adventure.Mrs. Henderson always sees that her plays are effectively staged. Elaborate settings and effects have been worked out with the aid of Ziegler and Hamilton, F. The costumes will be gorgeous and expensive. The orchestra and glee club will furnish music for the production.One feature of the play will be the use of over $7,000 worth of beautiful oriental rugs, which will be lent for the occasion by Mr. A. T. Peara o| Davenport, Iowa, father of Cadets E. and L. Peara. He is providing from his collection rugs for the stage as well as wall pieces. Few amateur plays can boast of such rich properties.The cast is fast rounding into perfection.
