M , July 23rd., 1910 and thefollowing preceedings were bad: The Chairman read bis appointment under authority of which he called the Convention to order. On motions duly seconded Messrs. T. E. Mitchell and C. N. Idar were elected chairman and secretary of the convention, respectively.On motion dulv seconded theWfollowing delegates were chosen to represent Precinct No. 1 in the ounty Covention to be held at Laredo on Saturday July 30th , 1910: C G.
