DIED,At the residence of Samuel Calvert, Esq. at Northampton C. H. Dr James Jefferson Marsdrn. in the 22d year of his age.In Wake county,on the 13th ultimo, at the advanced age of 82, Mr.T * ^one of the first settlers of W ake county. He had been twice married, and has left a widow to deplore his loss. His progeny was numerous—24 children, 19 oi whom are now living, .SO grand children, and 20 great grand chi! dren.On board the V, S. ship Hornet, lying in Chesapeake bay, on the 17th inst. Thomas N. Mann, Esq. late of Nash county, Diplomatic A-gcnt from this government toGuatimala.On the 18th, at Dr. Syme’s, in Petersburg, Marts the seconddaughter of the late Gov. Turner, of this state.
