CHARLES E. CLARK, 79, of Colorado Springs died Thursdayat a local hospital, fie was a salesman with Perkins-Shearer Clothing Store for 29 years and previously had been a buyer and manager at Giddings Department Store.Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday at Swan-Law Funeral Home, 501 N. Cascade Ave.The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church, 420 N. Nevada Ave., with the Rev. O. Gerald Trigg officiating. Entombment will be at Shrine of Rest Mausoleum.Mr. Clark was born Sept. 19, 1910, inMarshall, Mo., to Rufus B. and Bertha E.(Claycomb) Clark. He had lived in Colorado Springs since 1943. Mr. Clark attended Missouri Valley College in Marshall. He was a life member of the Pikes Peak Sertoma Club Mr. Clark and a member of First United MethodistChurch, where he sang in the choir and served on the administrative board and other committees.Mr. Clark is survived by his daughter, Karen J. of Azuza, Calif.
