MR. AND MRS. D.A. “DUDE” SHELBY50th AnniversaryMr. and Mrs. D.A. “Dude” Shelby were honored Sunday with a reception at their home commemorating their recent 50th Wedding Anniversary.A three-tiered cake topped with white icing and accented with yellow roses made from the icing was served along with punch to the many friends and neighbors who stopped in during the appointed hours in the afternoon.The Shelbys live in the Negley Community north of Clarksville and are natives of the area.The reception was hosted by friends and neighbors in the community.
