Carney, which has in charge the arrangements for the reunion of the members of the 64th and 55th infantry and the 5th cavalry regts. Mass colored volunteers, held a meeting last night at the headquarters of Robert A.Bell post 134, G. A. R., on Joy st, and completed plans.The vfterans will meet in rooms 20 and 23, English high scho«ol building, Montgomery at, on Aug 17, at 9 o'clock. Sorgt William H. Carney will be chairman. The invocation is to be offered byComrade Rev Dr William A. Birch of the 54th. The veterans will march to the Robert G. Shaw memorial in frontof the state house on Boston common, where tribute to the gallant and heroic colonel of the 54th Mass colored volunteers will be paid by the old members of the rogt.In the afternoon the session will be resumed In the English high school building. The Invocation will be by Rev Charles A. Smith of the 54th. This will be followed by a collation, aft.irwhich the routine business of the reunion will be taken up to the close ofthe session.In the evening there will be a campfire In the Columbus-av African Methodist Episcopal Zion church at 7:30. This will be open to the public. The Invocation will be offered by Rev J, H.
