iVFW LeaderTo State PostiHai'old Richardson, commander of Zanesville Post 1058, Veterans j of Foreign Wars, has been appoint-ed inspector for the Department of Ohio, it was announced today by Joe Rice, state commander of the VFW.As inspector, Richardson will supervise the instruction and inspection of all VFW posts in the state. With the aid of deputy inspectors, he will see that all post books and records are properly audited and that each post complies with the by-laws of the national and state VFW,Richardson has been active in the VFW for more than 20 years and is at present serving his fifth term as post commander. He is also junior vice-commander of the fifth VFW district, which includes eight counties in southeastern Ohio. He will be a delegate to the national encampment of the VFWat Milwaukee, which openstr*i%lic August 2.I
