Anniversary — Mr. and Mrs. George Yebernetsky of Houtzdale R.D. celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary at a dinner held at the Harbor Inn, Philipsburg, hosted by their daughter, Jeanne Truhan, and her aunt, Susan Cooper, of Hillsborough, Calif, The couple were married June 1, 1940, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Ramey, by the late Rev. Father Kowalski. They are the parents of two children, George of Buffalo, N.Y., and Jeanne Truhan of Lewistown; and the couple also have grandchildren. Father William Laska gave a blessing and they were honored with a card from President and Mrs. Bush.
