Kevin Milton officiated.The bride is the daughter /f Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Porthoff, Cloverdale, and Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Mansfield, Carthage, Mo., are parents of die groom.Carol wore a demi-bell silhouette gown of white organza over taffeta. It featured asmall stand-up collar of ven-ise lace and long, full bishop sleeves with wide band cuffs also edged in lace.A detachable ehapel-length train fell from the waist of the A-line skirt and venise motifs trimmed it. Her headpiece was a cluster of Dior bows accented with an elbow-Iength veil of illusion.She wore a white gold cross centered with a diamond, a gift of the groom, and she carried white daisies, ste-phanotis, baby’s-breath and yellow roses.Mrs. Don Fisher, Wapakon-eta, was matron of honor, and bridesmaids were Mrs. Mike Kosch, Cloverdale, sister of the bride, and Miss Lois Schultz, OevelandBest man was Robert Mansfield, Joplin, Mo., brother of the groom, and seating guests were Richard Mansfield,Carthage, another brother, and William Dalton.The new Mrs. Mansfield is a graduate of Ottoville High School and St. Rita’s School of Nursing. She is employedin the office of Dr. R, D.Biggs.Mansfield is an alumnus lt;Senior High School, Carthaglt; and Missouri Southern Co lege. He is a traffic controlle for Vistron Corp.
