The school that secures the services of this couple is to be congratulated. They will spend their honeymoon visiting the old home of Mr Whis-nant. R Treat, is being improved anc equipped and dr the direction of tbd commission appointed by the rity council. The commission is handicapped by the lack of funds but are making a good beginning. The ground Jbva bees cleared, the trees trim mad, benches erected, and sand pita, swings, merry-go-round, teeter boards and other apparatus in % tailed for the little folks. Basket ball and tennis courts are also being laid out It is the plan later to fence the grounds, install city water and lights and otherwise improve iC I This as an enterprise that should enlist the interest and support of evary citi-z;n and especially every parent of Hays.
