Couple Celebrated Golden Wedding, Lost Week*The home of Mr. and Mrs. L. D. Edmunds was the scene of a happy family reunion when the couple celebrated their Golden Wedding anJuly 13th.Mr. and Mrs. Edmunds have resided in the Valley for a number of years taking up a homestead in the Ruby district in 1809. and resided there for 45 years. For the past three years they have resided in Durban.Those present were Colonel Edmunds, from Enderby. B.C., Mr. and Mrs. Clifford * Edmunds and little daughter from Ocean Falls, who journeyed home far the occasion.Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Woolford and family from Swan River, Mr. and Mrs. Zeryl Farmer and fami’y andMr. and Mrs. Wesley Edmunds and fam ly from Kenvilk? and Mr. and Mr?. Garnet Edmunds from Alpine.M\ and Mrs. Edmunds have 21 grandchildren and six great ^grandchildren.A buffet lunch and ice cream was served to thirty two gueststhe Goldenkifwn witheifts ores-r::turelt; were taken of Wedding couple on the theiT wedding cake and _ ereted by the family..Mr. and Mrs. Edmunds are still enjoying good health at the ages of75 and 72 years.The gcod wishes of their family end friends go with them for many more years of health and happiness.
