Girl Dies After Dog BiteWORTHINGTON, Ind, July 2L — (UP) — County Health OfficerGeorge Moses today ordered that any dog not tied up should be shot on sightHis order followed the death at Indianapolis yesterday of Darlene Sue Franklin, 5, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Franklin. She died while being treated with antirabies serum.The girl was bitten earlier this month She was taken to the hospital several days ago. Funeral services were incomplete
