The free acts will be unusually good and it is predicted that entertainment features will surpass those of any previous event. .Following is an 'outline of the program' for the five days and nights: Tuesday, August 25 Allen County Day.Placing of exhibits.Plenty of Free Acts afternoon and evening.Pioneer’s Day, in charge of Allen County Pioneer society of Elida Pioneers of Allen, Van Wert, Putnam counties will meet.Wednesday, August 26 Special Putnam- County Day. '.Representatives of “County Fairs” association in attendance.Judging in the various departments •begins at 9:30 a. m. You should attend these judging schools.Band concerts all day by local and visiting bands.
