The couple requests no gifts, please.Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Turley, 1703*2 S. Hand St., will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary at an open house to be given in their honor from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Glendale Clubhouse, 27th Street and Missouri 291 Frontage Road.Hosts for the celebration will be the couple’s nine children, Patricia Kim-bley, Kansas City, Kan., Cathy Reese, Kansas City, Sgt. David Turley, Belleville, 111., and Dennis Turley, Douglas Turley, Bruce Turley, Rodney Turley, Paul Turley and Vincent Turley, all of Independence.The Turleys were married July 22, 1955, in Holton, Kan. Turley has worked at Armco Steel for 27 years.The couple has four grandchildren.Friends arid relatives are invited.
