JULY 2.1, 1032DEDICATE K1WANIS SWIMMING POOL TOMORROW AFTERNOON—Gazette Photos.The beautiful new Kiwanis swimming pool, just north of Crapo park, will be formally dedicated tomorrow afternoon. Alo\c are shown some shots taken by The Gazette photographer of activities at the pool lust Sunday, when 1,300 bathers were accommodated. The picture in the upper left shows Pool Manager R W. Barsalou getting ready to tie Dr. Phil Hahn in a sack, from which he mysteriously escaped after being thrown into the water. The upper right picture shows a view of the pool, looking across from the balcony of the bathhouse to the beach. The lower left picture shows a group in the children’s pool, and the lower right is a scene on the artificial beach.
