Richmond, July 21 (4)—The office of the Yorktown Sesquicentennial Association here was Informed today that a society has just been found ed in Paris by Mile. Andree du Cuers for the purpose of furthering Fran co-American relations by attempt ing to locate all living descendants of the 40,000 French soldiers who fought with Lafayette in the Ame rican revolution. Mile. du Cuers is the great grand daughter of one of Lafayettes. ficers and a daughter of a soldier in the Franco-Prussian war. .At the age of 18 she herself became a War nurse. The society has been pro mised the patronage and help of Warrington Dawson, special attacha at the American Embassy in Paris and will work from a full list of soldiers and sailors who fought with Lafayette recently compiled by the French war ministry. A delegation representing the so ciety is expected to attend the York town Sesquicentennial celebration this fall, Mlle. du Cuers said.
