—- u U1 v vv 111V1 1/IIV W •Kelto family holds reunionThe first Kelto family reunion was held the weekend of July 14 at the family cottage at Lake Gogebic.The cottage has been a gathering place for 53 years, since Emil and Lygli Kelto built it in 1937.Festivities included volleyball, horseshoes, water sports and softball. A group of instrumentalists composed of grandchildren and one great-grandchild performed for the group. A showing of slides covering the five generations was entertaining and amusing.On Saturday, July 14, a familydevotion was led by Rev. Paul Kelto, Gladstone, Mich., grandson of the cottage builders. The service included choral singing by the entire group accompanied by Joyce Oas and Cliff Kelto, using the old family pump organ.Sixty-five people representing four generations were present. Guets came from range cities of Calumet, Ishpeming, Gladstone, Traverse City, Lansing, Marquette and Munising.
