MERVILLE HAWLEYServices for Merville Hawley, Dolton, were held yesterday at Brown Funeral home in Dolton. The Rev. William Shepard of United Ivanhoe Community Methodist church officiated. Mr. Hawley was buried at Mount Auburn cemetery in Harvard, 111., his place of birth.Mr. Hawley died July 16 at Ingalls Memorial hospital, Harvey. He had been employed part-time as a custodian in Roosevelt school. Mr. Hawley also worked as a mechanic for Chevrolet motors and was a member and past master of New Triange Lodge AF AM No. 797.Mr. Hawley, who was born April 13,1899, is survived by his wife, Millie; daughter, Mary Margaret Lindroth of Sacramento, Calif., sister, Leona Workenteen of Harvard; and brother, George Hawley, of Harvard. He had three grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren.
