A SURPRISE.A merry crowd consisting of members from the order of Knights and Ladies of Columbia, stole a march on Henry Foss last night and gave him a most enjoyable surprise.Mr. Foss is one of the leading spirits in the order and has been instrumental in building up the membership of^the order. Last night the members met at the hall and then proceeded to Mr. Foss’ residence on Wayne street. They presented him with an elegant rocker, after which refreshments were served and a general good time enjoyed.Those present were, Mr. and Mrs. Reynolds, Mr. and Mrs. Ewing, Mr. and Mrs. Wagner, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Ans-berry A. J. Terry and wife, Emma Foss, Sophia Lantow, Eva Feigenbaum, |Lula Lantow, Mrs. Winkler, and Mrs. Robinson. Messrs. Will Stewart, Henry Klein, Fred Kopp, Will Lantow and Adolph Foss.
