A new male quartette has been organized In this place. The members are Lawrence, 1st. tenor; A. M. Mattocks, 2nd tenor; Wm. Mattocks, 1st bass; Clias. Sargent, 2nd bass. They are young men and nave abilities of no mean repute In the musical line.Mr. and Mrs. James Mattocks celebrated the twenty-flfth anniversary of their marriage on Friday evening, July 13. Ice cream and cake were served to many of their friends, and congratulations, with a number of handsome-pregents received. It was very pleasing to them to know that their ten children were all present, well and happy.
