An interesting item appeared in the June is*sue of the Landis Tool Co ‘employe publication, “The* Landispatch,M under the heading, “Landis Milestones,”The article congratulated several employes for long service to the local firm — attained during June and July It pointed out that they had worked there for 40 years.That is indeed an enviable milestone and I should like to reprint the names of these individuals because I think they deserve some special praise On the list were these persons:John M, Stevens, Charles D Knepper, Harold J.lt; Fisher, Thomas H Mills, Earl C. Monn, George F. Myers, Glenn C. Stine, Blaine E Nary, Kenneth. H. Baer. Roy JW. Sheffler, Samuel D Gilbert, Charles H. Webb Jr., Paiul E.* Toms, Hiram G Miller and Homer C. Bowser.The publication also .congratulated four others who had been employed there for 35 years Ralph J. Shearer, Richard M. Smith, Ray A. Bakner and Irene L. Hoffman
