Guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs, Lynn Kellogg the past two weeks were Mr. and Mrs Gerald Welsh, Mr. and Mrs. Alvah Car-sten and daughter, Carol, of Flint; Mr. and Mrs. Ivan McGeathy of Flint; Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Car* riero of Brooklyn, New Yoik; Mr. and Mrs Raymond Wheaton and family of Flint and Mr. and Mrs. Oltis Carsten of Durand, formerly of Buckley.v A large number of relatives and friends gathered at the Grant towu-hall Saturday evening to help Mr. and Mrs. Fred Johnson celebrate their 25th wedding' anniversary. Entertainment for the evening was a program consisting of poetry and songs with Ed Wilson acting as master of ceremonies, Refreshments were served. Mr. and Mrs. Johnson received some .beautiful silver pieces from their daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Cox and a set of silverware from other relatives and friends.
