Charles T. Btnson, a patient in the Eastern Indiana Insane Hospital, has been granted a pension cf ยง8 a month with $1,024 back pay. Benson waK on the ill-fated steamer Snltana, which exploded her toilers near Memphis, Tenn., during the war, and he never recovered from his injuries. He is hopelessly insane and the money will co to his children.
