Evans of the firm of Messrs Bicknell and Evans.His Honour, after hearing evidence, gave judgment for the plain tiff for £71 17/2 and cost and solicitors cost fixed at £ 11 14/6.Mr. Evans gave notice of appeal and on his application a stay of execution was granted.MR.
