STRIKERto ■William Winchester, negro who was arrested In the local Big Four railroad yards cn a charge of loitering, Was fined $1 and costs and sentenced to the penal farm for thirty days by Mayor Jenkins last evening. IThis was the second time Winchester had been arrested in this city, the other time he was released. He claim- ( ed that he had been working in Michigan and when the strike was called f he left as some one had told that most any one might get killed in that territory.
