Hughes of this city and the late Dr. Hughes, and Miss P.hylUs Doerr Bianco, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bianco of Seattle. The nuptial ceremony took place at Mount Baker Presbyterian Church in the northern city after which a reception was staged at the Seattle Yacht Club,The bride's gown was styled with a Chantilly lace bodice and a peplum over a net and satin skirt. Her veil of French illusion fell from a coronet of net and seed pearls. *In the bridal entourage were Miss Babetta Bianco, sister of the bride, maid of honor; Mmes. Carl Fennema. Joseph Brunner, Misses Joanne Theis and Arlene Snippen, bridesmaids; Mrs. Gene Zemaand Mrs, Gordon Knudtsen, candle-lighters; William Sheard, best man; Howard Wright, Donald Scobie, Kenneth Kyte, David j Lewis, Robert Bianco and Stanley ‘Burk, ushers.Hostesses at the yacht club were Mmes. Albert Doerr. Bart Bianco, Arnold Doerr. Lillian Doerr, Hugo Reichardt; AnnaSmith, Parker Buck and David Darrow.The new Mr. and Mrs. Hughesare graduates of the Universityof Washington. She is affiliatedwith Gamma Phi Beta Sororityand he with Phi Delta .Theta and, _the Big W. Club.
