COLORED MASONS GET HIGH DEGREE, Last evening a large number of the local colored Masonic ordertmotpred, to Indianapolis; to witness, ‘the degree of the Scottish Rite conferred . upon eighteen candidates from this city,, and others from different parts of the .state.
