DALLAS — Carl Oscar Evenson, 89, Dallas Rest Home, died today at Barron Hospital.A native of Sand Creek, Dunn County, Mr. Evenson farmed in the area many years and was a veteran of World War I. He married May Bartlett.Survivors include one son, Edwin, Prairie Farm; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Miller Funeral Home with burial in Our Saviour’s Cemetery. Military rights will be by Holum-Wait American Legion Post.Friends may call Friday afternoon and evening and until services Saturday.
