Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Ehrhart ^ere honored recently on the occasion of their 60th wedding anniversary. The reception took place at the Grace Memorial Community Church, Seton Drive, city., ,Mr. and Mrs. Ehrhart, thef(^er Sara Heavner, were miarried June 9, 1926 at the i Reformed Parsonage in Middletown, Md. Rev. John Samuel Adams was the officiating clergyman.The couple was driven to the church by William and Janet Berchin in a 1935 Buick.. -The Sunshine Club placedflowers on the altar ana presented the couple with a corsage and boutonniere.., A tea was held following the ^rvice. The cake was baked by Eleanor Heavner, niece, andserved by O’Nile Kreiling andJanet Berchin. The punch was served by Joan Barnhart and Sonia Brotemarkle. Also assisting with the refreshments were J. J. Barreha, Tom Lancaster and Chris Bloom. Cathy Barnhart attended the guest book which was present^ to the couple by the Sunshine Club.Rev. Wayne Benack read special messages from Rev. and Mrs. George Baughman, Wilda Joyce, June Burkey and Russell Laurant.Mrs. Ehrhart was presented with a diamond cross and ciystal basket and Mr. Ehrhart with a diamond tie tack.Approximately 75 friends and relatives attended, including Mary Hout, Mrs. Ehrhart’s sister, Flintstone.
