family of Toronto, Canada were recent visitors at the home of Mrs. Fadtolit's parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Kunnes. Presently visiting the Kunnes’ for the week are Mrs. Nina Tomasi and Ronald Masco of Brooklyn, New York. Mrs. Tomasi is a cousin of Mrs. Kunnes.Mrs. Audrey McCombie and daughter Judy of Garden City, Mich, spent the weekend visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Brown and family.•** ''JsSBHSsMr. and Mrs. Paul Murray and Terri of Westville, Illinois, are spending the week here visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Lischalk and family.Mr. and Mrs M. A. Remondino and daughter Nancy have returned to their home in Birmingham, Mich, after spending a visit at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Dominic and also visiitng with Mrs. Louis Remondino. Mrs. Ringsmuth is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Erickson. Bessemer and James is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Ringsmuth Sr. .Wakefield.Mr. and Mrs. Nester Niemi Celebrated 50th AnniversaryMr. and Mrs. Nester Niemi were the guests of honor at a reception held Sunday. June 29 at the Bethany Lutheran Church from 2 to 5:00 p. m. in commemoration of their 50th wedding anniversary. Hostess for occasion was Mrs. Harold Niemi and she was assisted by Mrs. Everett Mattson, Mrs. Kenneth Johns, Mrs. Peter Eschenbauch. Mrs. Pearl Laine and Mrs. Dewey Delich. Numerous relatives and friends were present.For the occasion the reception room was decorated in a golden color scheme, and the tables held lovely floral arrangements. The buffet table was centered with a three-tiered cake, with congratulations written were, Mrs. Gerald La Valle of Tucson, Arizona, Mrs. Werner Niemi of Saxon, Wisconsin, and Mrs. Gerald Niemi of Wakefield. Joseph Dunleavy in the present of relatives and friends Saturday, June 21 at 4 p. m. at St. Ambrose Catholic Church. The bride daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert W. Johnson, of Ironwood, was escorted to the altar and presented in marriage by her father to the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Koski, Wakefield.The couple will reside at 2637 N. Frederick, Milwaukee, Wis.The bride received her bachelor of science degree from Michigan State University, East Lansing, and is employed as a medical technologist, St. Mary's Hospital, Milwaukee.The bridegroom, who received a bachelor of science degree at La Crosse State University, is an instructor in the West Bend, Wis., Public School System.Post-Nuptial Shower HeldMr. and Mrs. Bruce Allen have returned to their home in Milwaukee, after spending a vacation with Mrs. Allen’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Erenst Sharon and with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Allen of Ramsay. They were accompanied to Milwaukee by Mrs. Sharon who visited there for several day. Mrs. Allen is the former Patricia Sharon.While in Wakefield, Mrs. Allen was feted at a post-nuptial shower at the home of Mrs. Darrel Randall. Cards were played and a socialtime was enjoyed, and the honored guest was presented with many gifts. A floral arrangement was centered on the table from which lunch was served to 20 guests.
