July 3.—Fromalong the water routes, the hardroads and by rail, racing boats andtheir crews have been pouring into-Oshkosh during the last three orfour days for the opening today of the seventeenth annual regatta ofthe Mississippi valley Power Boat association. This regatta continues through Thursday. Friday and Saturday.Racing power boats have reachedthis city from as far away points as St. Petersburg. Fla.
