The parade will be reviewed by Gen. Douglas MacArthur,Supreme Commander of Alii* ed Powers.Approximately 400 planes fyom FEAF units throughout the Far East will pass over the reviewing stand during the parade. First Cavalry artillery units will fire a 19-gun salute to General Mac-Arthur and a 48-gun salute to the Union.A carnival, sponsored bv Bankers’ Club 21, will be held in Hibiya Park beginning at I p.m. Monday. It will feature a regular carnival midway with concessions and regular sideshows.
