A CORRESPONDENT ON THE CIRCULATING LIBRARY.The young people of Massillon may be heartily congratulated for their substantial endorsement and material support in effecting the permanent establishment of a circulating library in our town. The amount required to become a charter member of the said organization is but a mere nominal sum while the possible advantages and benefits are superlative and incalculable.A reading community is synonymous with a progressive one. The latter an inevitable consequent of the former, and it is cause for encouragement to see the future business men of Massillon so eager and willing to co-operate in such elevating enterprises.But it is sincerely hoped that this is but the initiatory step in this direction.
