Neshoba county farmer, whose body : was discovered lying on the ground near his parked automobile on a country road. The body bore stab wounds and a pistol bullet had en-I terea the heart. The face was baciiy bruised and there were evidences of a struggle. The right door of the automobile was pierced by a bullet which came out through the left door.Though Frank James, a resident of the county, was taken into custody for Questioning, he has not been charged in connection with the crime, according to officers.Shortly after discovery of the body bloodhounds were brought to the scene but lest the trail after a short time.Except for the seramled note, contents of which were not divulged by ! members of the coroner's jury, there appear to be few definite clues.
