Her 1 only -brother, Martin T. Kane, is en- i1ivt gaged in business at Ayrshire. Mr. Acc and Mrs. McNally were married at Cas Ocanumowoe, Wisconsin, January 27,3S6S. He spent two years working in tho gold Bui. and coal mines of that state, after 1U;lt; which lie returned to Wisconsin. Air. and Mrs. McNally moved to Iowa in; May, 1871. They located on a farm m ; Enunctsliurg township. They had n 0a] large, well improved farm and became ml prosperous. He proved himself capable, thoughtful and conscientious. The heavy indebtedness of the county incurred during pioneer days was wiped out during his official career. Mr. and Mrs McNally have one son and four daughters. Their son, William McNally, resides i:i this city. The daughters are Mrs. M. M. Maher.Mrs. 12. F. Murphy -nfl Mrs. Art llt; nei.udry of Bor.estoo:, S. D., and Mrs. i-Richard McNally of Ayrshire. All d were present at the family homo on t Sumkiv. Mr. McNally 1ms two sisters and six brothers. The sisters are Mrs.,r. J, Kane and Mrs. John Joynt., Sr. The brothers are Patrick, John and Edward of Emmctshurg. Alex of Rockwell Iowa, Charles ot Austin, Minnesota,’ and Thomas of T.aC'rosse. Wia-tlcornua.M-. and Mrs. McNally eve among the most upright, deserving, helpful cdtteens of our county.
