According to old friends of the family, bta father named him “Bill because he arrived on the flrat of tbe month—February 1. His moth* er sopjjied the Dale in honor ofthe family doctor.At the time William was born the Royal Neighbors, Camp 1867, ^ sent a cactus plant, the late MARY KAYLOR, oracle at that time, making the presentation. Each year the plant h«i blossomed. Like William, it is still In the Hub home. William is a member of the Royai Neighbor Juveniles, and Mrs. Hub »a a past oracle of the ioca! camp.* • »
