Mrs. Pettus read a portion of scripture calling the Guild to worship; and Mrs. John Owsley read’portions of scripture Fromwomen who give prayers, service and money in local guilds; and Mrs. Cornett told of how this organization had challenged her, and was helpitig her live as a citizen of the world and as a member of God's family. A general discussion was then had among the mem hers as to what the Guild had come tn mean to them. Following this discussion Miss Gladys Johnsun read from sections of Deuteronomy, and then gave the meditation for the evenmg.A business session was held, presided over by ihe President Mrs. Philip Arthur, after which a social period was enjoyed.
