Cathedral City Library Ranks Second in CountyCathedral City Library, a branch of the Riverside County library system, has for some years held the circulation record of second for unincorporated communities, according to a rating system computed by the county.This popular institution, exceeded in its circulation mark only by West Riverside, has a! history dating back to 1933, with civic leaders always leading the way for its continuing betterment. \In 1938 the Cathedral City Public Library was organized in the Town Hall, and people of the community contributed what books they could spare.
