TAMPICO.The Prohibition club met at the reel den Co of IS. Macomber on Tuesday evening, 13th, and hod a large attendance.Services were held every evening last week at the M. E. church, except Saturday, by Rev. A. L. Sbute.Wednesday eve., the 21st, J. K. Rous organized a singing school at Coin’s school house, one mile east of here.Mrs. E. Wahl on Tuesday, In company with her brother, Jules Gifford, started for her home in Arkansas.Mr. Holt of Rockford occupied the pulpit at the M. El church on the evening of Sunday the 18th, and on Monday evening organized an Epworth League. Also before leaving, he, with the company of Rev. A» L. Bhute, paid our school a visit.Mrs. Charles Thompson and daughters have returned from Wyanet, where they have been visiting friends during the holidays.
