Mr. Louis DanzIs Honored On Birthday AnniversarySeven children, eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren paid tribute to Mr. Louis Danz on Sunday at a dinner at his home in celebration of his eighty-eighth birthday anniversary. His children, who reminisced with him over their travels from Pratt County, Kansas, to Portland via a covercd wagon, were Mr. John Danz, Mr. Simon Danz, Mr. Joseph Danz, Mrs. George Carrol, Mrs. Lily Weslow, Mrs. Ben Fisher of Portland and Miss Pearl Danz. The family’s first Western home was a farm adjacent to Oregon City, from where they moved to Seattle in 1903. Mr. and Mrs. Fisher and their daughter, Miss Adrienne, and son, Melvin, are the liouse-guests of the John Danzes.
