Fagan, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Butler Fagan of Findlay. Mr, Garlow is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Perry Commodore Garlow of Findlay.Mr. Garlow is a retired employe of the New York Central Railroad. The couple are members of the First Christian Church.The Garlows have five children living. They are sons Oakley F. (Bud), of Midland, Mich,; Maurice L. of Glen Rock, N.J.; William P. of Findlay and daughters, Mrs. S. Joe (Mary Ellen) Byal of Arlington and Miss Dorthey M. at home.
